Moto-Launch On Chatbot
I developed the content framework for the world’s first automotive launch exclusively on Whatsapp, in a partnership with Meta.
'Motocaptain' is the AI-chatbot deployed at Motoverse, a 3 day motorcycling festival and world's biggest congregation of Royal Enfield owners.
The chatbot engaged with Motoverse festival goers by assisting them from the lead up to the festival to the very end of the last day. The attendees shared their itinerary with Motocaptain and it gave personalized recommendations for Motoverse events, restaurants, stay and other engaging activities around the festival.
On day one of Motoverse, a surprise limited edition motorcycle drop (launch) in the middle of a music concert at the festival led to a frenzy among the attendees - first, we triggered a cryptic message on Whatsapp for all the attendees who were already using the chatbot to navigate through the festival and soon we showcased a film on the music stage that had a QR code as the end frame - upon scanning the QR code - the attendees were engaged onto with a new communication journey with the chatbot that doubled up as the booking journey for the limited edition motorcycle drop. The first 25 to complete the booking along with payment, all through Whatsapp, were the lucky 25 who became a part of world's first automotive launch exclusively on Whatsapp.
